The natural leader is a natural authority. The word "authority" is derived from the Greek word "autos" and means "self" or "self-based". Authority comes from within and cannot be achieved by external means, position or symbols of power.
Naturalness, simplicity and authenticity qualify for real leadership. Being yourself is the very basis.
